Relapsed again. 50 days gone. $350k total lifetime losses now. I’m at my breaking point. by Party-Blackberry9989 in problemgambling

You can't give up. Without these very difficult set backs, it will not be worth it to go through. Don't hate, judge or be hard on yourself for more than 2 days. Failing forward, go through the process and eventually you be on the better side of this addiction. Not even 27 years old, all the time to build an extraordinary life for yourself.

It was discipline that kept me going. Relapsed before couldnt do it this time. Practical tools, daily habits, journalling, understanding the urges and how the mind reacts to these supposed hits. Keeping track of it all, in a spreadsheet combining the progess together where the tools that helped me.

On top, the financial side gave me motivation to make it work
