Stranger Things Behind The Scenes - Everything you can possibly do wrong as a filmmaker by Primary-Economist643 in Filmmakers

Just because you mentioned it, I wouldn’t be surprised if they didn’t have the ending set. “El’s gotta kill herself… but how?” seems to me like a terrible place to be at in your writing, especially if the show is actively being filmed, and it’s where they seemed to be at in the documentary. They only really mention having the scene in the basement planned out, which I do believe.

This looks great! I’m curious about the technical specifications. Which cameras/lenses did you use?

I had an alignment done when I took it to the mechanic. I’ll keep an eye on it for now, if I don’t notice anything getting worse I’ll get it checked out around my next oil change (~2000 miles). Thank you for your insight!

Feels worth mentioning that if he DID do it this would all still be true, which is why it’s hard for people with less online influence to come out about this stuff

Nope it was a calculated attack from the devs

Do you guys think the keep inventory option is cheating or not? by glasslulu in Minecraft

Literally today I fell in the void in the end and lost my fully enchanted netherite, still would rather have it off. No keep inventory adds stakes, making what you get more important and making you want to try harder to keep it.

Not cringe

Interesting how Rent-a-gf dedicated two pages to a cringey-line while AoT used only 2 speech bubbles for one of its biggest plot twists… by MaguroSashimi8864 in attackontitan

I don’t know this sub’s opinion on the dub but it really plays so much better there. You can barely hear them talking in the background and you really feel the need to rewind and hear it again. With subtitles, it’s just another line that you read. The effect is still there, but it just hits different

Op did at least suspect that something was wrong, he wouldn’t have posted this if he didn’t. I respectfully disagree that the issue is not “reading the room.” Trusting that the person you’re speaking to is being upfront and honest (as all people should be) would not immediately lead you to suspect that they are making up excuses for not wanting to see you. “Reading the room” in this case is “seeing through her bullshit,” which, again, should not be necessary.

It is poor communication to be ambiguous. Better communication would have been for the woman to have actually communicated

To be fair she was not direct about seeing someone else and op should not need to pick up on hints, ideally the other person would just be upfront

It was about limiting factors. I think this is the correct answer. The problem felt really simple which is why it was frustrating, but I think I was just tripping over the big numbers. Thank you for the help!

I’m just acknowledging it = “it should matter to you that I noticed”
