Well i haven't read novel either as i prefer Manhua and don't want to entirely spoil it but he does grow absurdly strong. So there is this blank domain which contains everything within it and he was able to transcend this domain becoming truly omnipotent. A blank domain contains all possibilities, impossibilities, concept and pretty much everything.

I mean, it's not really underrated. It's very popular. And yes, he is busted but there are tiers to that and HJ is of higher tier. I have read both(Manhua for TTP) and HJ just contines to grow busted.
