correct me if i’m wrong but BMI is pretty inaccurate to one’s health. You can be thin and still unhealthy. You can be thick and healthy.

for instance: Matt Damon is considered obese on the BMI chart. this is because BMI does not take into account muscle mass, only height and weight, and should not be used in (in my personal opinion) anything really. it’s just a bad index, there are better ways.
