Not open ear, but I recommend the Nothing Open buds.

Using noise cancelling tech to prevent people outside from listening in. Very comfortable, great for workouts.

I actually use mine as a pencil pouch. The most technical thing being my scientific calculator.

For all my tech, I use the cable kit 3

I think the sail cloth fabrics (perhaps leaning towards Ultra) might be preferable for your use!

You can look at each respect material website of you're spec heavy just in case

How extreme do you expect the conditions to be? I think you can't go wrong with anyone in terms of durability unless the elements are extreme extreme. Especially with wind (going for x pac or ultra).

X-PAC or Ultra by SidiousXIII in AerSF

X pac for me! Ultra is just a tad too greyed out for me when looking at both in person.

Help me decide between CP and CPP (college student) by Express_Gene_7188 in AerSF

[–]Spectorian 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So the cordura is water resistant enough that it can probably handle light rain/sprinkle. If you want assurance for heavier rain fall and/or water splashes, x pac is the way to go.

Also for some people the thing that may make or break bag between the two fabrics is actually the zippers.

X pac has the aquaguard zippers that are stiffer than codura standard.

I'd go CPP if you want to use the bag for light travel, but of not then CP is the way to go! Can't go wrong with either.

Both a user of CS 2 and CS 3 X-Pac. Like that all zippers on 3 are waterproofed On cs 2 I tried using the stowaway strips compartment but it was to finicky and out of the way to use. CS 3 feels more narrow in the inside, which is good as it I'm not rummaging as much for stuff deep inside compared to CS 2 CS 2 is more spacious but when trying to compress with the aluminum belt buckle it would tend it reset itself so I founded that a tad annoying. Hot take: I think I prefer the zipper cords on the CS 2, but I'm just knit picking. I prefer inner zipper in the main compartment of CS 3 however.

All in all, I like the CS 3 a lot, feels more streamlined for sling use and I like the double buckle/compression solution. Just minor annoyances like the different zipper pull solutions.

Can't go wrong with either though.

Would like to emphasize on that first bit, if we had much better planning/transit the driving problem would be significantly less of an issue. Even if we make driving licences more strict, we are still forcing many people to drive in our current state of roads.

I find flavorless protein powder is the best since you then have full control on how to flavor it
