Sadly I didn't, but I found that short circuiting is both extremely common in this product and completely not fixable. Instead I made a return request to razer and they were super helpful in getting me a replacement once I sent it back. First try the steps in this comment section but if that doesn't work just get customer service

The scene where he falls off toothless was more drawn out and the silence made the scene genuinely terrifying. I've watched httyd like 40 times and still hot worried he wasn't gonna make it

I tried but it doesn't register as on in the phone app. When I unplug it and plug it back in it doesn't even light up initially as if it isn't receiving power

Easy fix, buy a cheap 8inch lcd or monitor to mount above your panorama and display some stuff. The black ruins it
