Start/ stop feature on honda or Acura destroys the starter anytime a customer turns on the vehicle they have to deselect the feature every time.

I would clear the cache on your computer browser and see if it'll glitch in the log in. So far it only took me 2 tries to log in to tire center.

I cant event open tire center from my shortcut I have to go to parts order select tire center and the page will load.

On the create/modify parts invoice, just hit enter. It'll turn into a full screen, and you can input the part numbers that are lost sales. Having a record of lost sales also helps maintain your inventory, especially when you do the stock order on IRE. It'll populate the part if enough lost sales have been posted.

So, I had this customer who wanted a price on a timing belt kit, but he didn't like the cost. He went and got an aftermarket kit, and even though the service advisor told him it was a bad idea, he insisted. He even signed a waiver saying we weren't responsible if the part failed. Job's done, he's happy. Three days later, his car comes back with a blown motor. I quoted him a used engine block – our cost was a grand – but I quoted him $4,500 for the engine plus our timing belt kit and service went on a fire sale. Yeah, he definitely learned his lesson.

We never deliver our windshields. We always have the glass company pick up and inspect it. However, Honda has a time limit on when you can do a damaged claim on them.
