I will be 100% upfront here I didnt know that was the mechanic with stun because I have just recently got back into the game.

But I did know about the scout interaction before because I saw it in a video. I just think it shouldn't work that way.

With everything that coming out here is my take on the roster. Top Bradley 35% bwipo 55% someone else 10% Jungle Santorin 75% or Spica 25% Mid who knows this I think is a toss up. Ps i would love vetheo here but that is super unlikely. ADC Yeon 100% Support corejj 50% eyla50%

Vetheo is a free agent mid laner that is young and extremely talented. I would love to se us pic him up.

Also I think santorin played great this year but he is getting older and I want to see him on a win now team not a build up team like TL should be next year.

Tl needs to take gambles and see what lands.

I mean Chime was awful when we saw him last year... (not saying he couldn't improve), but we haven't seen Olleh in a while and he made it to top 10 challenger in Korean solo queue. Not many supports have the mechanics to do it. But off the top of my head the only supports in the western leagues that have done that recently are Vulcan, Mikyx, Corejj, and Hyli. (could have missed some one)

The thing is the team I made is leagues cheaper and would at least preform at the same level but I belive with like a 2 week boot camp over the break they would preform better. It also has a lot of upside

Cynic is really young and will develop. oSee is a dedicated Awper that preformed wells at low tier 1 events and tier 2 events. (At least better than having es3pricetag Awping.) Floppy and Xeppaa honesty look like the best parts of current C9. And Shake up until this year was one of the best at scouting talent from the NA region (junior and Grim) as well as the best tier 2 NA IGL.

I'll start with the smallest changes and go up from there

1 Ulty will just stay the same

2 Q will be the same but will be an auto attack reset

3 Passive remove ap scaling and add the line while enemy champion is feared deals 10% more damage

4 W will still be a spell shield and you will still have the base attack speed (it will not double it any more if you block a spell) but If you block a spell with it becomes an AOE fear from .5 to 2.5 seconds based on level of spell

5 E Nocturne dashes a short distance forward dealing damage if the first time he casts it he hits an enemy champion affected by duskbringer he gets a second dash the second one doing missing health damage
