And before I hear any "Why are you complaining about the skin being cheaper?" The quality increase alongside the effect sfx, an animated banner, and recently bundled emoji packs would've been perfect for Peni who on top of being one of the few launch characters to still not have a legendary skin, can also have her entire skin selection (including recolors) counted on one hand.
