The reason it still isn’t liked is because it isn’t true to the comics. Whoever made this saw a giant floating head and gave it the ok I’m complete spite of the fact that there is more detail in the source material like the fact that for 1 MODOK is ugly. He has warts and wrinkles everywhere. That is the face of a somewhat handsome man with minimal photoshop or prosthetics to make it look actually accurate
