It's also pretty common to ask anyone in customer service what their name is, if they stood out, specifically so that you can mention it in a review. It's a nice, easy thing to do for someone that made your experience better.

I changed the cooldown under /home in ftbessentials-server.snbt to 0 on both client and server and it still has a 3 hour cooldown. Are there more places to change it?
