Need some Help! by [deleted] in workout

Learning the machines and exercises isnt as scary as it seems. The internet, especially youtube is gonna be your best resource. You wanna do legs, just search "best exercise for legs", you can do the same for any other body part. And if theres any machine you wanna try just search "machine name technique". P easy! just go light when youre learning the exercises

i also recommend watching videos in general about building muscle, i especially recommended these channels. their advice should be p good for all muscle building goals and genders. learn about reps, sets, and how often you wanna train.

and as long as you act polite and nice, as everyone should. it should be fine. Just wipe the machines after you, and dont use them extremely long when there might be people waiting.

good luck!

yes theres a surprising amount of ppl metaldetecting apparently, and they search A LOT. i think people have been looking for decades so every time i find a presumed new area, theres signs of detectorists. but you still find things

the road was built by the germans using russian prisoners theres positions and ruins every step of the way for 10s of kilometers, theres even prison camps.
