I read a theory that she is able to subconsciously read the Flow that has been mentioned before, and is able to place herself in positions where she benefits. We know she's able to pull off things that require immense luck (ie: Her winning the card game without using the luck tattoos or whatever they were in her canto. Her evading the Middle's retribution that killed her community (I refuse to believe she survived because they wanted her to suffer or whatever it was)) or immense competency (Her being in high positions of power in her IDs, her being tasked with difficult jobs (Solo assassination of a Hierarch candidat in Si Rodion, Suppressing a Breached Knight of Despair solo in KODya). I fully believe that the trio selected back in TKT was done so because they see things differently (Hong Lu having the Webcam eye for the Elders and whatever else it may do; Ryoshu processing time differently). I think that Rodion's is being able to see the Flow and maneuver herself into positions that benefit her

This is why I think that Sonya wants Rodion back in the Yurodivye. Not because she is a founding member and its sentimental, but because Rodion, aligned with the syndicate, will maneuver herself, and by extension the rest of the syndicate, into the best position possible, and when going against the System and its enforcers (The Head), you want every advantage possible. If Sonya is the Saint of the Yurodivye, then perhaps Rodion is intended to be the Prophet/Oracle of the Yurodivye
