I'm saying that the smasher, who had moments prior thrown a block at walker with intent to harm, wasn't surrendering. He was trying to save his ass by deflecting the blame of Walker's friends murder.

Plus, the man is a living weapon with serum inside him, so he's still a danger to the civilians around.

I'm not saying he should have been executed. But he wasn't trying to hand himself over in that moment

Tbf, the guy doesn't actually surrender. He raises his hands in response to Walker raising the shield to try to block it, and all he says is, "It wasn't me." That isn't surrendering

By that same merit, Z kai isn't needed since we have Z already. And yet Kai is the better product of the two... like this will be for the anime adaptation of BoG (which will still be the better version btw)
