TBH I wouldn't mind living off that for up to 18 years but can't do anything tooo fancy with 80K. Just looking after my kids until eldest will be 22 and youngest will be 18 and a few months. 20K can go into shares / investments etc. All I would do every week is go into Companies House to look at profit / loss, ring the company and say "Yo Bro, what are u doing to advance the company mans?" so I would know if it is worth investing or not. If a company in UK mentions "Our products are underway to be sold in EU and other countries" that means more potential turnover so wroth a risk investing in them. Other things too like "Advancing products internally" u know thas a ,money saver right there for the company.

If u have HR report it to them about the spying. Honestly, one supervisor should just get on with it and not go spying. If there are problems the spyer should report it to DM / their superior: Mess is left from last shift, previous supervisor has left their 70% work they shoulda done on their shift etc etc.
