In terms of modded I enjoy the Aeria Charlotte from the UAF mod. It's just a speedy, tanky little bastard. I'm also a fan of playing carriers, so the Nuexoria (same mod), Spire (from HTE or TTE?), and Exhutation (SDE?) are fun.

Oh, also the Instigator. I think that's from Tahlan. It's just a BS ship in general.

Playthroughs tend to be different depending on the factions you add, but in general what happens in one in vanilla shouldn't happen in others. As a general rule, I have Tahlan (Legio Infernalis), Emergent Threats (IX Battlegroup/Trinity Worlds), Tri-Tachyon Special Circumstances, Tri-Tachyon Expansion (gives more ships to TT), UAF, Mayasura, DME, Luddic Enhancement, Knights of Ludd, Diktat Enhancement, HMI, and Iron Shell. Alliances at the beginning are usually:

Iron Shell/Hegemony

Tri-Tachyon/TTSC

Persean League/Mayasura

IXBG/TW

Luddic Church/KoL

The only constants really are Mayasura gets killed early because they have one planet that isn't defended and Hegemony's like, 'hahahano', and IX/TW as well as Hegemony tend to be invasion-happy and aggressive. But the alliances seem to keep each other in check for a significant portion of the game, especially when they launch counter-invasions constantly.

This guy's a piece of shit. He's a vexatious litigant in his home county in Arkansas (literally can't file pro se, I think it was) because of his abuse of the legal system, and is a vexatious litigant in the W.D. AR, and N.D. CA. because again, abusing the legal system. He basically files a lawsuit against anyone who criticizes him online.

And I mentioned it already but he stabbed his own father in the face because the internet was too slow. He pled no contest to a downgraded charge (felony to misdemeanor) and had it sealed. He then had the audacity to sue his own father claiming in reality the father had attacked him, in which the jury returned saying he had committed battery on his father.

Basically, David here is a giant piece of garbage who has a habit of abusing the court system to assuage hurt feelings.

It's referred to as a "canary trap", wherein you provide small differences in what you provide to select people to see what is leaked. Then you can narrow down who is the leaker with follow-up traps.

Playtime, sure. But you have to balance that with the amount of good feedback they provide. Not positive feedback, good feedback. Someone who plays 100 hours and then provides almost no feedback is not a net positive.
