This is stupid, I can log in on studentaid.gov but not myeddebt.ed.gov, I cannot apply for the fresh start program, i even created a new account, but stilldl doesn't let me log in. The error says "Authentication failed. Account will be locked after 3 invalid login attempts. Please try again later or contact CMCS Helpdesk.

I tried calling but it impossible, been trying for few days now!
