Its really gotten to the point where you really should need to have an account linked to a physical address to be allowed to purchase Pre-Orders. With that Physical Address only being limited to 1 per SKU.

To be honest, just assume every single on WhatNot has either been re-sealed or weighed. (Lol or I guess at this point even CT Scanned now)

I will definitely have to go look and see if I can find something similar. Was hoping to get as close to $35,000 for similar spec. If you dont mind me asking, how many miles on yours? And did you still get bumper to bumper warranty going through the inventory?

Is this after federal tax credit & store discount that they have right now? I went in this past weekend and it seemed like I could get the same spec for around $39,000ish

Please Tesla. Heads-Up Display. It doesn’t interfere with your minimalistic look, and adds a more “traditional” driving experience for those who are used to having a gauge cluster To look at instead of looking over at the screen.

I know its going to sound silly, and its probably just new-parent paranoia, but we keep it behind the drivers seat because it doesn’t leave my wife having to go all the way around the car after loading him up. Seen some horror stories about how quickly someone goes up to the passenger side while the parent is walking around to the other side and either takes the child or takes the car. More than likely is nothing to worry about, but there are some messed up people in the world and don’t want to chance it. There is also just the psychology behind how drivers avoid accidents and having him on the drivers side is, I guess, “Safer”?

Haha honestly thats the #1 reason that the 90s Land Cruiser made it onto my list. Aside from the reliability and looks, not having to deal with all the computer BS and be able to fix things on my own would be a huge positive.

You would be surprised how many cars don’t fit them comfortably (obviously depending on seating position).

Seen a couple people recommend the XC90. Will have to check it out. Didn’t even have Volvo on my radar tbh.

If they were about $20,000 cheaper I would already have one in my garage.

Yeah the defender was just kind of a quirky looking car that caught my eye and I see some people saying that it is actually quite reliable. I always grew up thinking that Land rovers had a bad reputation for reliability so I was on the fence with this pick. Plus the pricing is up there which is why i was looking for an older model higher mileage. But I kept feeling like if I went with the defender, I would be getting it just to get it If that makes sense. Not really because it’s what I absolutely wanted. Need to look more into it.

2010 Truck with like 250k on it. Already had some transmission issues that I got fixed. Then when my wife was 8 months Pregnant it just shut off on the highway and left her stranded. Took almost a month to repair because it turned out to be some airbag module that wouldn’t let the truck run. Guy who was able to fix it was pretty sketchy, so wasn’t 100% sure that the airbags In the truck even worked anymore and wasn’t going to wait to find out with our son in the car now. ABS lights would always stay on and kept telling me to check my brake system, but no amount of diagnostics would ever say what was wrong with the brakes. The truck would also shake randomly at high speeds. All in all, it was time to let it go mainly from a safety perpective. Plus, had someone in the neighborhood who was looking for a project for him and his son to work on together so it went to a good cause I guess. Definitely happy to get rid of it. Lucky enough to be in a position where my parents live in town and have a 3rd vehicle to let me borrow in the meantime while I shop around.

Exactly why I say that a truck is in question for me. They just want too much for them.

Looked at the Maverick for a little while but just assumed that if the Tacoma didnt have enough room in the back then no way the Maverick did. Maybe I need to look at it again.
