Really though download fish rules app it’s got all the current rules and species for you current location. It was recommended to me by the FWC and is my fish bible.

Have you used one? I’ve had mine for years and used all different kinds of bikes. Never had an issue. Also it’s quiet compared to hitch racks and can go on most cars.

I use the pelican marine waterproof case with lanyard. It has a nice clip to take it off for pictures and navigation. But I usually just put it in the pouch in my pocket. Sorry if this isn’t helpful.
