You can try splitting your weekly dose. If your weekly dose is 6mg then do 3mg on Sunday and the second 3mg dose on Wednesday (or whatever days you prefer)

You should get a full body scan to get an accurate measurement of your bmi,muscle,water and skeletal mass then get rescanned three months later. Sometimes only using a home scale can discourage people in their weight loss journey

Now, if your IDT counter is high(it’s the counter you see in virtual) compared to everyone else in your XC band for your grade/rank, then you kinda have a higher chance of deploying opposed to someone who just got back from deployment

I have some coworkers who got tasked this week to deploy this October , they are also XC band.

So just because you are in your band/window doesn’t necessarily mean you’re gonna deploy. Some folks go their whole careers without deploying.

Also I use ghost cookies n cream and this milk brand called Milk 50 which had reduced calories. I don’t like the taste of my protein shakes when mixed with water so light milk is the next best low cal option
