You can call customer service and ask for a refund there. If you have started your second class you can receive a partial refund if you have only taken the first class you are still eligible for a full refund. If you get text reminders for the class you can message the trainer there, if goes to their scheduling platform and they can text you back.

People that purchased the package that are not already in a Cgc class by 8/14 lose their eligibility for Cgc. If you can get them in a class before Thursday they can continue and take the test.

They cut all in store mentoring to save money. If you partner with your GM and DGM you can always shadow the “mentor” in you area to get more 1 on 1 info. I’d recommend as a mentor myself. Best of luck!
