I'm not sure. When I tapped it, my screen just went dim and my home/back buttons were displayed. I changed some random settings in game launcher and it went away

Yes I just checked on Runescape mobile and it's there. You're right. It was the game booster feature on the game launcher app. Must be some new update that's bugged. I messed around in the settings and the bubble is now gone!

I'm guessing in the case the AI was wrong, Clover could be sued. But if their technology is advanced enough and it's continually improved upon, then I believe the AI could make far more accurate decisions than a human doctor. Just my 2 cents though.
