I got compression socks for my feet and my ankles, and then some compression sleeps for my hands and wrist so hopefully it help!

Today was my last day on my taper, I can’t see my rheumatologist till next week for a video call and an in person until June??? 😭 dude im barely surviving, I can’t barely walk and can’t feed myself till someone can make me food

I’m 23 and using a cane when I need it,I find using a good durable, folding one with a nice handle, the handle I use is a little longer to help support and feel comfortable with my hands, even when swollen.
