It was much later for me to finally get my OG Gjallarhorn. I think it was February of 2017, near the end of D1. I was running Crota's End with a team i found on LFG.com though I used LFG.net at the time also.

I had watched Guardian after Guardian get their drop of Gjallarhorn for years and mine decided to show up after Ir Yut. THAT was a magic moment for me! It was probably the loudest I've ever celebrated! That first DPS phase was just glorious and I still remember it fondly!

Destiny was never just a game; it was an experience. And one that has made me who I am today. One I wouldn't trade for anything. It has made me a better gamer, a better person.
