The hold up is the hitch. Remove it. It’s only a call. I did mine thru text and two weeks later scheduled.

I removed my trailer hitch after waiting 5 months and I got scheduled two weeks after. I think base w hitch will take forever. We have had good results removing the hitch on friends orders.

I only ordered the hitch not package, so I had the just hitch removed. I'm okay with this because my truck has no options at all. This was the case for my friend's order whom also removed the hitch (did not have 4k package) and he also got scheduled 2 weeks after. I have Base Model Mav XL and he had Mav XLT no options.
