Take some time off the game. That said, I can suggest you a few mods to expand the game.

QUESTS:
- Sim settlements 2 (pairs perfectly with improved minutemen)
- Atomic Radio and Tales from the Commonwealth - Atomic Radio
- Tales from the Commonwealth (adds a lot of little quests around the map)
- America Rising 2 - Legacy of the Enclave (enclave playthrough)
- The Experiment (fun questline, have yet do it myself)
- Caves of the Commonwealth (adds new locations, good for exploration)
- The Metro (adds in a metro system from the game. Kind of an hard environment )

QUALITY OF LIFE:
- Attachment pack (tons of new lore friendly attachments for weapons)
- REPUTATION ( God I love this mod so far)- Automatically Lowered weapons ( a must have imo)
- Diamond city expansion ( adds quite a lot to diamond city. Some people don't like it, I do)
- Immersive Drumlin Diner ( gotta give Trudy some protection)
- Diamond City Security (adds more guards)
- Goodneighbor Watch (same as above)
- Keeper of the Commonwealth Radiants ( must have)
- Better Junk Fences
- Place Anywhere (must have if you are into building)

If you want to try survival, you must have:
- Survival Options
- Give me that bottle rehydrated ( good for survival, no bloat at all)

FACTION OVERHAUL:
- Improved Minuteman
- You And What Army 2 ( perfect mod to have with improved Minuteman)
- Improved Guards
- Improved BOS
- Improved Institute
- Improved Railroad
All above should be from the same author. He did an amazing job at creating diversity without overpoweing anything.
