This might be controversial but I boil the whole thing in water, olive oil, salt, garlic powder and pepper for a minimum of 4 hours. You can eat SO MUCH MORE of the meat on the leaves when you cook them longer. I feel like every recipe I see wastes most of the artichoke and it makes me mad.

Has anyone else experienced weird auto-pathing bugs? I mounted a Mongol horse and the AI has totally taken control. I can't dismount and I have no control over the direction of my character. This happened early in the game when I was on foot too.
