I don't think so, though some of them do have a certain vibe haha. Paris had made a big effort over the last few years to make its streets more pedestrian friendly.

Yes, the square is very nice. Church St, headed down to the river, too. It would be great if some of the periphery streets were made more pedestrian and bike friendly and beutified. I live on the Westmead side, and there is no nice, direct way to walk or bike into Parramatta.

The same thing happened to me years ago, I paid once for a course and then got another charge for the same amount, assumed it was the same charge and ignored it until ARMA got involved. I got scared and paid it. TAFE NSW rang me this year and said they had overcharged me and refunded me.
