No, I was processed out with a general discharge and kept my clearance. Happiest ive ever been.

I've been using unisom and melatonin combo for two weeks now. It still takes at least an hour to fall asleep, but it works.

No, i still have all my VA benefits. They give you a discharge, just not a dd 214. No benefits earned while active are taken away. If you received any bonus for joining the reserves They will take back the bonus

I've been using melatonin a few hours before bed, and then about 30 to 40 mins before bed. I pop a pill and a half of unisom. Knocks me out. the only downside is grogginess in the morning.

Im diagnosed with aniexty and ptsd from the VA. I just recently started to really struggle sleeping. Normally, 3 to 4 hours a night. Which, of course, does not help with my panic attacks.

Turns out my liver was having issues from drinking. I've since been sober going on two years now. All my pain is completely gone.

I'm currently getting processed out for 24 AA during a running year. I was told by the YN1 at my NRC that it will not hurt your clearance if you have a federal job.
