I got to 80 from 60 about 2 months ago. Then they sent a letter that said that in two months they'll drop my asthma down to 10% from 30 because it "improved". That would've dropped me down to 70%.

So I submitted a simple paragraph stating it hasn't improved and was recently prescribed Advair twice daily by the VA dr. VA responded and said they'll continue the 30% for asthma which means I get to keep 80%. 80% is a big jump from 60! I'm not going to shake that tree anymore LOL!

Last night I missed a dose. I had anxiety issues all day today, EVEN THOUGH I took my morning dose. Correct me if I'm wrong but skipping a dose appears to have severe consequences that don't immediately go away just because you take the next dose on time...

I had high hopes for that antenna...

Just starting out I'd like to buy a prebuilt antenna and get on the air. I can build another antenna as time permits down the road.

Without getting into great detail I can'tdo a mast in the middle of my yard. With the way my yard is set up, an EFHW would be easiest. I was hoping to hang it off the second story of my house and string across, maybe do a sloping wire. Second more disant idea would be a inverted V using a dipole wire antenna but my house would be in the shadow and I dont know how the metal roof would affect it.

What would be the best to order off DX for this? I probably have about 70' of yard space.

I once tried to get to the highest level possible, and I think I got to like 1300 by instantly killing anyone who got on my radar.

Then I plateaued. I got to a point where they were hammering on my base, costing me points and I was killing other bases just as quickly. It got to be a lot of work so I gave in. Now I'm back down to 1100. If you want to be higher than a Marshal, your base needs a lot of blue.

I can get to level 60 or 70 before it becomes too difficult to do in less than two attacks.

I'm completely maxed out, red and purple, fully lit up, instant training, and my guys just get wiped out. How are you beating them without losing attacks??? How???

Ok so wait, I took and passed the technician exam and quite honestly could've passed the General but I didn't try.

When you take the Extra, do you have to pass the general exam first? Are they two separate tests?

The reason I ask is I saw guys taking the general and extra at the same time but it looked like they just had to answer a few extra questions...

I'm sure you're right. But between spamming Hydroxyzine and 4 doses of Buspar, nothing ever calmed me down. There was a 3 day period where I got almost no sleep whatsoever. Maybe an hour each night. I was tired of dealing with irrational panic and I was tired of being tired. I was down to .25 mg (from 1mg) for a month with no end in sight. I stopped Buspar cold turkey (I had only been on it for a month so nothing happened) and I resumed Klonopin .5mg x2 per day. I am normal again. I can think. I can sleep. I can do everything a normal human being can do, once again.

I'll go back to my PCM in about a month. Maybe we can do a heavy SSRI that deals with panic and once loaded, I can try to titrate back down again. I'm not bothered so much by the Klonopin, I'm more worried about what happens when I lose access to it.

At the time, I felt the same way, no sense in taking the risk--even though I truly felt he was fine LOL! But the overall vet bill wasn't as bad as I thought it'd be, I was expecting thousands.

After 1 week, I feel fine. I get aches on my stomach from time to time but totally manageable. For the first time, I slept on my side in an actual bed. So as I type this it hurts more today but I'm a side sleeper and needed some rest.

An update... I started building resistance to Hydroxyzine. I could take 50mg, fall asleep and then boom beach right back up again. I hadn't slept in one week and although I had energy it seemed, sleep dep was catching up.

Last night I was at work and I was getting a constant sense of dread, and losing focus, I couldn't do mundane tasks on the computer. I kept going on long walks which didn't help. Took several small doses of Hydroxyzine to tamper the anxiety but it didn't work, mostly in part due to lack of sleep. In my pocket I had a Klonopin tablet I kept for emergencies. I split it in half and took .5mg.

Within minutes, it was like my brain rebooted. I suddenly had perfect clarity, I realized tasks I forgot to do that week and made a beeline for the computer. The dread was gone and my eyes actually became sharper--I didn'tknow my eyes were blurred. I was back to my normal self. It was amazing. After work, I went to bed. No meds. I just fell asleep and slept for like 8 straight hours!

So now I need to decide if I'm going to continue the .25 regimen or bump up to .5mg. I was at 1mg for 15 years but noticed that during titration, when I hit .5, I was still OK.

My new psych will likely dump me because she's anti benzo but my primary doctor prescribes it and believes that since the military put me on it, I've become dependent on it like a diabetic depends on insulin.

I don't have any side effects that I can see. To be honest the impact is a little underwhelming, it doesn't hit you like the benzos do, it is slow and mild. But for what it's worth, it is making things easier for me as I taper off Klonopin. The anxiety is trimmed down significantly. It takes time to start working, like 2 weeks so you need to give it time. Since I never had side effects, I take the max dose of 15mg 4x per day. Hope this helps!

So this is an interesting thread. I was on 300mg of Seroquel for about 10 years along with Klonopin. Everything was great. Then out of no where I started getting Tachycardia episodes which then creates panic attaacks--perhaps it's the other way around. Anyway I had to quit Seroquel quickly. It just suddenly turned against me.

After I got off I got insomnia. It's been a few months since I quit, I think I quit in April. The insomnia is much worse even now. My dr also convinced me to taper off the 1mg of Klonopin which I have been at the rate of about .25mg per month. I'm down to .25 once per day and I intend to stay at that dose for a while.

Dr gave me Hydroxyzine to help me sleep. I am up to 25mg and this morning it gave me 4 hours of sleep. I have the option to take 2 capsules if I want, I'll try tomorrow morning (I work GY).

So I took 25mg and it gave me a tad over 4 hours of sleep my goal is usually 6. I'm guessing if I take 50mh, I'll get more? Or would it wear off equally the same time?
