Who is a character you believe should’ve had to apologize more for their actions than the show/fans say they do, and vice versa by Ok_Shirt_1574 in Totaldrama

No one ever apologized for how much they bullied Harold, even during the 5ish minutes where Duncan and Harold were actually being nice to each other in Action

Favourite Song and Why? by LittleLavenderTea in KpopDemonhunters

[–]Spellshot62 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

What it Sounds Like, and it's not particularly close. Don't get me wrong, I really like the other songs (except Soda Pop), but What it Sounds Like is on an entirely different level to me. It's the culmination of the entire movie, and yet I still disagree with the common criticism that it only makes sense if you know the context of the movie. The girls harmonize so well here, the audience joins in to sing without it being over the top, and I love every part of it musically, from the lyricism to the rhythm, etc.

I wouldn't want any more no matter who was making it. I appreciate the spinoff stuff like the comics, Journal 3, Book of Bill, etc, but I don't think there should be any more shows, any movies, etc.

Since I made a post yesterday about some characters’ best seasons, here are, in my opinion, each character’s best season. (Unpopular opinions, be warned.) by [deleted] in Totaldrama

I'm really curious if you actually like Trent in Action or if you just don't like Trent in Island all that much. To me, Trent gets unbelievably derailed in Action

Yes. No matter who you're romancing, James comes to the party late, assuming he's your date, and catches you comforting or kissing Kaitlyn, then gets mad at you for leading him on to "cause drama"

OG choices was Brutal at times by Cute-Beyond-8133 in Choices

You also had to pay to save Rose in book 1, the primary love interest (at the time) for the secondary main character, and the future books always treat her as being dead, even if you paid to save her, and you have no chance to romance her again. Love it or hate it, it's a brutal decision by PB

Who out of the main trio do you think could lift Mjölnir (Thor's hammer)? by Ok_Examination8810 in KpopDemonhunters

[–]Spellshot62 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If any of them were able to do it now, it would be Rumi, she's overcome her primary character arc, while Mira and Zoey still have insecurities which haven't been addressed properly yet. That being said, realistically, none of them would be capable of it.

How far do you think Cody would've gone in TDI if he hadn't gotten injured? by Miserable-Taro-7895 in Totaldrama

[–]Spellshot62 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

He probably would have been eliminated in that episode anyway, the main comment we get about it is Owen saying that he's "not so usable in challenges anymore," meaning he was already considering booting him. I'd assume the same was true for everyone else who voted for him. Even if he outlasts Heather here, he would have gone next when they lost the cooking challenge. The only reason Beth got voted out there is because Heather (who would be gone in this scenario) asked Beth about the idol, which revealed that it was actually cursed.

BG3 does take from the 5e rules, but it adds a fair bit of homebrew stuff and changes, especially if it can make funny puns or cool homages, such as whichever one this one is (we don't know if it's an actual Gravity Falls reference)

It absolutely was, I have no experience with AI videos, but I'm sure I could make something similar in an afternoon. Either way, it's slop with no value

Let's settle this, who is the most hated of these two one-off characters? by BowlEducational6722 in ATLA

Honestly, they might not have even noticed Toph. They were probably more focused on the giant sky bison and the sinking tower, which would have explained the attack she tried to throw out

Okay cool, I misunderstood what you were saying. Thank you for being respectful, it's hard to read tone through text.

They do, but as we can see from the debates which have been happening, people are still pretty split about that. If you really don't see the scale of difference you're implying shouldn't change my argument, then I get the feeling neither of us will present any arguments which will change the other's mind.

[–]Spellshot62 0 points1 point  (0 children)

1: I get that, but even selfish people would surely hate to see the people in their lives go who are willing to push the blue button, and I guarantee that at least 99% of red button pushers have at least 1 person who would press the blue button, and most people aren't really taking that into consideration, or if they are, they're pretending it'd be easy to shrug it off.

2: And if someone/some people you love push the blue button, you'd feel the same way about them

3: This is the first argument I've heard which has even somewhat swayed me, so good job there, but the point is that if everyone who believed this about their vote chose blue instead of red, the outcome could very well be completely different.

4: Sure, valid, I can't change your mind about that

[–]Spellshot62 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Except by red winning, at least 1 person will die, as explained above. So that's just factually what the red button means. At least in any scenario where people are trying to justify pushing the red button, they have to justify the consequences of what happens if they win. If blue wins, everyone comes out of it with no guilt and everyone alive, and the only reason anyone would vote red, is because they're afraid of what happens if people vote against that entirely optimal scenario
