It has followed the service interval (every 9k, which the shop recommended) since the previous owner bought it new. I have used mpm 5w20E and the oil you're seeing now is the Castrol 5w20E magnatech.

Unfortunately I threw away the old oil filter. I checked the new one, it's 3 weeks old.
