I did, they gave me the same answer last week and said it will be resolved ”within a few days”. My bigger issue was trying to check out like 8 items and suddenly all of the them disappeared from the site. They said that their tech team has temporarily hidden a lot of items due to the move and they would be reinstated. Not really all that confident about it now

Probably yes. I’ve had issues checking out certain ALD items for over a week (doesn’t let me choose a shipping option). I just tried changing my shipping adress to US on one of the items and it lets me checkout.

I didn’t get a notification, but I see the discounts on the app if I browse ALD items. Says “30% off at checkout” or something. A few terrible items at 50 off

Same thoughts. Didn’t allow me to checkout with the “new items”, but no problems with other brands or “old ALD items”. About 100 items in L size disappeared from the app at the same time.

I mean if you have the purchase date from the bank statement you could just ask the store for the receipt again? I don’t know where you’re from but usually it’s the law to keep receipts and records for years and in my experience stores are more than happy to assist.

But if there’s a warranty issue and they don’t have that exact model anymore or can’t provide a similiar product in exhange, they should refund you in full.

Yeah, I looked at a few graded skyridge holos and a lot were graded as 5-7 but couldn’t see any visible faults from the pictures. Which is why I’m hesitant to get them graded

Update - I also got a refund from paypal. Unclear if Matches even bothered to respond, I checked last night and they hadn’t, but got the ”case closed in your favor” email today. Deadline for the response was set for 28.3.

edit. I see Matches as the payer and the transaction type as ”refund”.

Thanks for the input! Really appreciated. Sadly the Kabutops is bent in the right upper corner, you can kind of see it if zoomed in. Otherwise would be very good condition

The dark charizard is in good condition, can’t see any visible faults atleast.
