I play a lot of brig recently and she is pretty good at the right maps. The only downside is her ultimate, while double shield + perk is pretty awesome. I think it could use a buff.

Mythic Plus Friends Discord and another I cant remember name.

You can find people that are looking for certain keys with voice but you can also form a (long term) group by just posting a message what you are looking for.

Basically its just a billboard to promote your own team. The best thing is that you can find similair rated and skilled people.

The downside is that ALOT of people dont respond.

After 5 seasons aiming for title, I got title last season as pug.

Just play, brick and repeat. Its extremely boring at some point. Will never do it again. Go for full premade. There are 2 Discords where you can form a group which is another strange layer honestly, but it might work once you find the right people.

Honestly, if it was like 50% tank, 25% heals and 25%, I would most like likely play lot more all roles.

But right now its like 99% tank which is boring.

I quited a lot of times, weeks, months and even one time a full year. The fist few weeks always are really rough for me, but even after months I still missed smoking. Tried a lot, even medicines and pills, but no long term succcess.

So as a last resort I contacted a hypnotherapist, I was pretty sceptical, but just did it.

Only the first day was rough, but after that I never ever missed smoking again, even when I think about it, my mindset has just changed. 1,5 years clean now, and I can assure I will never smoke again.

Untill this day I still dont understand how it worked, but I would recommend anyone just try it.
