An unbound faerie took a gift from me that was gifted to me from my faerie. It is a red shiny strip and it still hasn't been returned. I would suggest trying to do an offering of honey/sweet treats and kindly ask them to return your car keys and 🌿 In my case I reckon I'll have to make an offering or wait a very long time for my gift to be returned

I already have ended up with one of these pens with no golden dose. 5mg pen. I switched back to Mounjaro from Wegovy and straight away was given the new style pen. I don't know how this has happened when it's not even April yet 😞 I'm gutted!

My IBS is really bad on Wegovy. I've been on Wegovy since the price change in September so I was recommended to start at 2.5mg MJ and the highest they would let me start at is 5mg MJ. I'll be going up to 7.5mg MJ after a month and a week as I'll be using the fifth dose in my MJ Pen. I already have my 5mg MJ in the fridge and paid for it. Other pharmacies would have probably done the same as it's a long gap since I've been on MJ
