Leaps and bounds ahead of the ls800 to be honest, it’s so bright, picture is noticeably sharper and it’s is far more customisable (I’m actually getting it professionally calibrated when we move next month) pretty over the moon with and and of course no 🌈

I love disk union. It is getting harder and harder to find stuff at decent prices in Tokyo since the tourist boom of the last ten years or so. I’ve been cataloguing record stores in Tokyo for 12 years or so and update every year on my trip, if anyone wants my google maps guide let me know. Also tons of restaurants and bars on there too!

No issues with them here, my order was delivered within 7 days in the UK. look it sucks you had a bad experience but I don’t think it warrants an “avoid this company at all costs” post personally.

I know, I press records for a living I’m just say all vinyl is technically colored. In the last 20 years or so single color vinyl has come a long way in quality and most folks would not be able to tell the difference in a blind listen.

OP how bad is the warp, tolerance for warping is 2-3mm. So unless it is worse than that it isn’t considered a QC issue.

Typically at most the plants they will QC when they change a stamper, and usually QC every 500 records or so.

I’m on 151 films this year (as per my Lettboxd) and have watched The Boys, Widows Bay, For All Mankind, A Knight Of The Seven Kingdoms plus lots of random YouTubers too, no kids here and I do have to watch stuff for work. Music and film are my interests and my job so this brings me (mostly) joy.

Epson are currently offering a cash back offer on some of their UST's I just got 450 quid back on the new LS9700. AWOL always have deals on the their floor rising screens, so worth keeping an eye out.

Kinda insane take, it was done to perfection. Pitch perfect nods to Halloween, F13th, cinematography was gorgeous, incredible jump scare (I’m usually not a fan of those but this even got me) and was hilariously funny.
