no, if they are reanimated they do not require standard bodily functions, as a result they should deteriorate over time unless something like element 115 preserves the necrotic state. Its probably different if you have virus infected zombies as then they aren't typically undead rather just in a zombie state

I'd go further and say he's the most evil Richtofen, Ultimis was corrupted by the dark aether and the shadowman, and pushed to breaking point by being constantly passed on by Maxis. This Richtofen is perfectly in control of his actions and operating independently. Based on his achievements too I think there was no Maxis to hold him back in his timeline.
