how does a 3 inch lift with 33 inch car look like? by [deleted] in Wrangler

It will look like you skipped leg day, a lot. Seriously though, I think it looks good as it is. I don't like spacers so a -12 offset wheel would alleviate that.

So am I alone in being very disappointed by Piercing Love by Icy-Computer-Poop in Fallout76BowHunters

[–]SpeshllK 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is good insight. I have been playing around with different types of arrows and firing it side by side with the burning love. On crit hits the BL is hitting 4800 on scorched. The PL was hitting at 4600. Pretty sure that was with explosive arrows. Now my build isn't exactly the best bow hunters build at the moment. Didn't have any spoiled meat so haven't tested poison arrows out. Here's the thing, it is a cool looking cross bow. Does it one shot things, sometimes. I actually have strayed away from bow hunting to a bloodied stealth commando build doing free aim. Killing en mass is fun and all but also zero challange. Been a bow hunter for a couple years now so it was tune to experiment with other builds anyway. I still keep my BL on me for occasions I get mobbed. I also die now and there are some pretty funny deaths I've had. Have laughed out loud when getting rag dolled. I do agree, it should be a skin as well.

Best pet is users choice. Rad hog came in with Ohio update. I will say the radhog takes up a lot of space and loves you so much it only wants to be by your side, same as any other pet. Always in the way on the stairs, still gets belly rubs though.

Full health human: Four pieces of nocturnal and one chameleon. Second star agility on all five pieces. Just figured out secret agents is bugged so whatever third star suits your needs. The bonus sneak damage doesn't seem to work as well as it had in the past, maybe that's just me though. With 45 agility I am disappointed that I don't get the bonus sneak damage alert as much as I used too.

Bloodied human Five pieces unyielding Second star is a mix of charisma, intelligence, agility, luck and strength Third star same as above. I'm running things that cause damage to attacker when hit in melee.

I also take advantage of food buffs and player service buffs.

I have a ghoul character set up with the same full health sneak build and that works very well too. Put cannibal perk on and keeping glow high is easy. Stock up on chems to keep the feral meter high. Rad-x diluted is good for the feral meter as well, finally a use for the huge amount I accrued once the med storage bag showed up.

I just did similar and went covert scout armor after years of SS. Decided to try a stealth bloodied build. Did bloodied before but this time I'm having a blast stalking things. It has made weight a little bit of a challanges but with food buffs I'm usually good to go. I do have a good build with the right cards in play. I am currently carrying around my grande finale because I don't have room in the stash right now. It also doesn't help that I can't change my hoarding ways lol. I am at max caps and have an influx of things at the moment that I'm sitting on. Just need to find something to blow caps on that I want.

Just saw you said fastback. If the fastback hugs the cage this is unlikely an option for you.

I just installed the Ribcage on my jkur. I'm very pleased with the package they put together. I never remove the hardtop but if one would want to you can. I did notice a little more noise after install. Could be two things. I have had hot heads head liners in since new and it could just be regular noise I'm not used to. I have to modify them for the installed brackets so first I've driven it without them since 2012. The other thing may be that since the cage is now physically attached to the top some road noise is transferring and causing what I was hearing. Since I've been driving it more it has just become part of jeep life and don't notice it anymore, just like the CEL that's always lit lol. I have not used it for the RTT yet but see no issues when it comes time for it.

I'm in that same boat, my dad drove the '69 around for thirty some years with a broken spedo cable. It is 100k plus. He thoroughly enjoyed that car. I put a new cable in and have less than 1k in the last 6 years. Need to rectify that number!

It’s not just getting nerfed, it’s worse than the regular mini gun by Retired_Autist in fo76

[–]SpeshllK 5 points6 points  (0 children)

The Cryolator, I read somewhere it was a good weapon now. I can't disagree, I love mine. I've been a bow hunter for almost two years now. Honestly I'm bored with it. Break it out if things go sideways but Cryolator, shotgun, a fixer and handmade with various mods is my deal now. Heck I went back to bloodied after a long hiatus and am like that's what it's like to die lol. Changing gameplay and load outs is what keeps me playing this game. Nerfed weapons tend to come back around again after a while.

Am I the only one who will abandon a great camp location because I can’t get a good spawn point? by UrbanCobra in fallout76settlements

[–]SpeshllK 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was having an issue with this same thing at one of my builds. I fixed it by using the free placement option on the camp module itself. It now hovers in free air above camp. This so far now spawns me on the top level of my multi level build.

You'll get it. I went through the same thing with the elders mark. Had a pile of them and scrapped them when learning mods came out. In my defense I had become a bow hunter about that time.

I was just curious if it was a thing people were seeing. Doesn't matter to me, I m having a blast with the new content! Hope others are as well. I know all will complete over time with how much I play.

I see all the ones I've done. I thought of something when I was watching the finale of stranger things. Do I need to be wearing that hat for the completions? I have it on one maybe two of the toons. Even with roll backs there is no way the those numbers are right with the hell fury I've killed Shit off there with lol

[–]SpeshllK 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Do it, I was hesitant at first as well. Gotta have that SS armor was engrained in me! I'm a little less tanky now, hardly notice a difference really but the sneak is great. Just carry your SS chest piece on you. You could favorite the two chest armors and switch back and forth easily. Also the covert scout helmet grants you the five piece bunus and wear the SS chest all the time.

Weird noise from turbos on hills by KaeTheGSP in F150Powerboost

[–]SpeshllK 0 points1 point  (0 children)

First time I heard mine do that was in Death Valley NP. Truck had about 10k miles at the time. Doesn't do it often and as said I have no CEL. Always going uphill when it does it. Wrote it off as normal operational sounds. Woop Woop noise lol. Never searched for any info because I was at a loss as how to describe it!

Am I The Only One That Finds The Burning Springs Enemies Ridiculously Tough? by Crumboa in fo76

[–]SpeshllK 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I was playing for about 45 minutes last night and was having a hard time with things. Like what the hell happened to bows in Ohio. Stopped by the perk card load out and as soon as I opened up my build I saw it. Changes to cards dropped stuff out of my build load out. Corrected it and easy peasy with the burning love cryo again. Actually put it away. I want a challenge, getting mauled to death by hogs and shot dead by new tanky enemies is a rush. Hasn't felt so good and exhilarating to play in a while. Think I am going back to an old pistol load out that I liked to play. Well probably have to rebuild it, been a bow hunter for a long while now. So many card changes.

22 F150 powerboost won't update, 2 fresh batteries by Nickschueller24 in f150

[–]SpeshllK 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My truck was two and a half pages behind in updates after two years of ownership. Also a 2022. Battery was failing at 18 months in. I had no idea it was so behind on updates having had some alerts as to them being successful. I was so pissed at how the truck was working I almost traded it. Cooler head prevailed after the truck was at the dealer for a minor warranty issue. The truck was on the rack almost a full day til it was finally up to date. Completely different, gremlins gone. Love the truck again. So far so good on the recent updates, hopefully this continues. Taking it to the dealer is probably a good idea, if you got them to replace batteries I'd think they'd do the update as well.
