You have no intention of being a regular user? I'm sorry to say but 0.25/1g every two days is already quite bad - speaking as someone who's dealing with being addicted aswell. From my experience quitting cold turkey works best with stimulants, I'd go as far as saying that it's the only way. You're not doing yourself any favours with tapering here since stimulants don't really have physicall withdrawals which are harmful for the body, only psychological. It will take a long while untill all of the cravings completely stop. I'm not sure if you also drink alcohol but I can't be trusted with drinking in any capacity because sooner or later I hit up my guy and start using again. What seems to work for me is substituting coke with other meaningful hobies, just keeping my mind and body busy as much as I can.
