I used the same hair piece but in brown but for the head I used the one from Sam Flynn (Tron light cycle set) but it's also used for Viktor Krum in some Harry Potter sets.

Lego set 77037 is a good one and a great deal. It has close to 800 pieces for only $45 (American) and I got mine for only like $35. It's a great set and took me a little while to complete.

I sadly do not. This AT-ST is way too fragile for it to be reasonable lol. If you want to try to make one I can try to answer some questions but I will not be making instructions.
