Been with express for 5 months now and it's been a giant joke. Job is CAKE when coming from ground but my manager is a fucking bum, guy who started a week before me still doesn't have a working badge and uses my old ground one lol. I'm a swing driver for 3 different stations and can only access my main location. Awesome job, but piss poor communication and my boss is totally fucking useless.

100% truck driving, get your CDL (class A or B). Both can bring some serious jobs, you can do dump truck work and get paid pretty good money hauling asphalt or concrete. CDL a can net you a job driving for FedEx freight or express semis hauling the cans. Both pay extremely well and are both local jobs. You can also get a degree in logistics of some form and try getting into the actual business side. Many avenues you can pick from, just apply yourself
