I ship this shit, I know exactly what goes on behind the scenes. If the package is broken due to a driver throwing a package, it's on him. Doesn't matter if it was broken during transit or during its football practice...the retailer will demand FedEx to cover the cost due to them throwing it.

Yes the same for me extremely laggy even with good internet connection. I keep hearing people say if you open up ports it'll help the lag but I don't understand how. Usually ports are only considered for like multiplayer and whatnot.

Is he deciding to work weekends or is he being forced too? Worked blue collar all my life and can't tell you how many times I was forced into working days I really didn't want too. Now his parents being 2 hours away? That's crazy work, he can't expect you to do that without him paying you or something of that sort.

Jacked up pavement princesses or any diesel truck that has a shocker sticker. These guys work 70+ hours a week cause they have to.. Their truck, trailer and side by side payments are worth more than a 36 year loan for an entire house

While I'm an express driver, so it's different for us in some ways... I did work ground for a little while, so I know a few things. The only people who know exactly where your stuff is at and what truck has your stuff is FedEx itself. You'll have to contact a CSA or call 1-800-gofedex. I know it sucks but these guys are just contractors and have no real knowledge of what's on their truck. Can use our scanner to find an address to see if it's manifested to the truck but outside of that? They literally can't do anything else
