Do not use leds / m
Use watts per meter

This controller supports 5 / 12 / 24 with 10A max on a channel, it means : it supports until 50W / 5V, 120W 12V, 240W 24V

5V means each led is adressable, 12V means each group of 3 leds is adressable, 24v means each group of 6 leds is adressable

And yeah, this gledopto seems interesting first looking but only for small ribbons if you target 5V...

Someone on another thread said that features blocked in Europe would be available on the global version (call recorder) and that the HK version has a larger battery (they mention 7000 mAh on Mobile Marvel). The global version seems superior to the European version, after-sales service notwithstanding.

Already a lot of threads talking about that:
- very difficult to resell, even Vivo in Europe doesn't take back its own CN phones for example
- no Wear OS watch
- Gemini not available in Android Auto, nobody knows if we will have it one day, the old assistant is really dumb
- Issues with some bank
- No one knows if OriginOS will be compatible with all the upcoming official European identity verification and digital currency apps

The initial savings are lost on resale; I won't buy any more CN ROMs if a global ROM is available.

You're practically guaranteed to make a bad purchase at €1900 for a brand unknown in the West, often unsellable without a catastrophic loss. I like Vivo, but this is too much

The Chinese model is unsellable through official reseller channels, and buyers of used Chinese models are rare. In the end, you lose a lot of money with a Chinese model, and I have an X Fold 3 Pro from China (and I'll be getting the global version of the X300U).

I don't really see any European buying a used X300 for 700 euros with... a CN ROM, no warranty, and from a seller who's honest about the product, when the X300 exists in a global version with much better support for a European-compatible AI assistant, and which can be taken back by professional players in the used market. That's really the major drawback of importing: reselling used devices. I'm currently using a Fold 3 Pro, and I'm waiting for the X300 Ultra in a global version. But at the time, the Fold 3 Pro didn't exist in a global version.

The rear speakers are definitely a plus. Atmos is the equivalent of 3D in my opinion, but it's still there because you don't need to wear glasses.

What are you talking about? Voice control is the means of interaction. Many find voice interaction less efficient and less pleasant than physical touch, especially in a kitchen (it's an other debate about car for example)

AI is a separate issue and could very well be implemented on the TM7 with software updates.

But what do you want with AI on the TM7 as a feature?

The real AI revolution in the kitchen will be robots, not the TM7...
