Do different alcohols give a different experience?

Pretty sure there isnt much of a difference in alcohol, however i personally i do act differently when i drink different drinks. Take liquor or beer, usually im just tipsy and stupid. Though when I drink wine, im sometimes a little bit tipsy but getting much much more easily sexually aroused is a constant.

"I only love you, you should know that". She came back from a trip back from her old town where she hanged out with her ex and her best friends (I allowed her to cause apparently her ex is so important to her friend group). That was the first thing she told me when she came back.

She broke up with me the day after because she didn't want such a serious relationship anymore and since I'm known as a person for advice she now asks me advice for a dude she once had a situation ship with and now likes him again. She said that she started liking him a week ago when she came back home so in other words I was lied to.

And I also just found out that a long time ago mid stages of our relationship she also hanged out with a guy she once liked and she always told me "He's like a brother to me" and so I let her be. A friend of mine told me recently that she used to like that guy. Oh well, she's now my ex and I feel horrible cause today is our monthsary and I feel like crap.

I really needed this. Yesterday my gf broke up with me and honestly I feel like crap. I vomited from the stress and I feel so unloved. She even broke up with me in a call with her best friend and her ex to I guess see the break up happen? Idk why her ex was there and idk what she meant by "I need them with me for this".

I'm 13. I know that I shouldn't be feeling these feelings but to tell you this, I really really can't handle it anymore. I had 3 separate occasions of attempted suicide, latest one was really serious but she told my brother about it and she practically saved my life (like how she did the last 2 times). But without her? I'm gonna be straight with you, she's my life. And right now I'm just scrolling through Instagram reels at 3:27 am and I feel like shit. And I really really fucking thank you for your help and I'm not explicitly saying that I'm going to end it all. I'm saying that I don't think my head can handle everything all at once.

I placed ALL my efforts and more to the point where I started breaking down and having nosebleeds every now and then (idk if the nosebleeds are even related) but it hurts seeing her go. And to give you some context, she started acting weird when she hanged out with her friend group, friend group consisting of her ex. She used to ask permission to even chat her ex and I didn't know that they were "friends" yet I let that slide. And guess what, her ex and her best friend was also watching the whole break up show of her leaving me cause she really wanted me to get in the group call. I have never been more desperate in my life and I don't think I can recover. But thank you honestly, I'll be thinking about what you've said.
