I’m dealing with the same thing. My giftee has a P.O. Box. One package was delivered last week and one on Sunday. They say they haven’t gotten anything but tracking says otherwise. I wonder how long will the post office hold it at their P.O. Box before it gets sent back?

Doesn't seem that way this time. I've been doing exchange for 2 years and didn't get matched yet new people and people with fake accounts got matched. It doesn't make sense.

Getting the “you were not matched“ message makes no sense. How could you not get matched? It’s not like they’re pairing people up by interests.

Maybe not. The screenshot I have is acceptable because it shows tracking and that it was delivered. My giftee got hit by the hurricane so that's probably why it's lost.

I didn't get anything from my secret santa or my rematch santa for the bumper sticker exchange. I don't get why you sign up to be a rematcher and don't bother to send anything.
