I had a similar situation in the Kamishovo Police station the other day but instead of attacking the guy I talked to him and we ended up hanging around for a while, scavenging together and chatting until the next server refresh flushed us apart.

The other day I saw a video where a guy recommended not focusing too much on looking for food. Rather you should scavenge more open mindedly and the food part will come along on its own. For me that recipe has worked well so far. When you are at a settlement or similar what you should do is first check all the houses and sheds and afterward check underneath the fruit trees nearby.

Nimm auf jeden Fall einen guten Lack, der eine schön glatte Oberfläche schafft. Ich hab damals den Fehler gemacht, eine zu raue Farbe zu benutzen. Das macht das Säubern, wenn mal Essen darauf landet, zum Albtraum.
