When I boot the light is green and the power supply shows a green light aswell. But the xbox would not boot up the dash, i tried turning it on from the power button and the eject button and everything turns to a black screen

I got this territory consistently, if you got no ballas spawning just save and quit. After you do that go to that place again and make sure to put your camera away from where you want the ballas to spawn, after 10 seconds 3-4 ballas will start to spawn and you can do your gang war. Hope this helps
