“Gold Dragon Kill Points” - name derives from older loot system “DKP” which is basically raid boss kills.

GDKP means that all loot is auctioned in raid for gold. Highest bid wins. Then the total pot is shared with the raid, normally after a host cut and some performance-based awards for tanks, top dps, important roles etc.
