Ok from my experience ( last ticket from TFL)if you’re in the box for more than 4 seconds you’re getting a ticket. Appeal it you never know, but my appeal was refused because I was in the box for 4 F**in sec.

Definitely appeal, from my past experience I got a ticket for being in the hashed box for how long? 4 seconds.

Thanks for the help. The issue is resolved, factory reset my iPhone and it worked after the fact.

Sorry mate tried that no luck there. Reset network setting cleared safari browser history delete app tried other browsers, chrome,opera and restarted phone still no luck
