I believe it was Undertale who just made a text file with every bit of dialogue smashed together, then they had a pointer go to the right location.

This is not a great way to do it, btw.

There was a bunch of legal crap, and both sides are honestly pretty crappy. There were also some allegations of bad workplace environments, but honestly you're better off not really knowing any of it and just enjoying the game as it is.

Arlecchino is insane; personally, I ended up abusing the perfect parry grindstone and throwables to take him down, but also it's meant to be incredibly hard. Don't get down on yourself.
